- Place any heavy thing you can find on it so it will firm up for about an hour KEEP THE TOFU ON A SLOAPY SIDE SO THE WATER CAN DRAIN OUT EASILY
- Remove the tofu from the cloth and cut into chunks
- Fry in hot oil till golden brown and serve with cold juice of your choice
