 PT Metaforsa Mulia Internasional, fast-growing mining company looking for a "Remuneration & Talent Management Staff"

Summary:
The role will be responsible in managing: competitive remuneration system, workforce planning, employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, recruitment and onboarding, succession, and retention. You will be joining the Human Capital team in a vibrant and growing major coal mining company.

Job descriptions:
1. Calculating the monthly payroll of all employees and ensure that the calculations are correct and ensuring the salary and statutory payments (BPJS Health and Manpower, income tax, and related vendors) are paid on time.
2. Prepare strategic plans for the HC Department (long term and medium term) related to remuneration that are integrated with the Company's strategic planning and regulations.
3. Analyzing remuneration data and information both internally and externally (salary survey), including salary adjustments that are aligned with the implementation of Performance Management System.
4. Design and execute career development programs in collaboration with management to ensure technical and leadership competency development close competency gaps to enhance readiness for targeted roles.
5. Engaging talent in their career and developmental needs.
6. Creating & managing a work culture to produce employee performance.

Requirements:
1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably in Psychology or Management.
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in the related job mentioned in the job description.
3. Familiar with payroll software / HRIS and MS office (especially Excel).
4. Update with the latest government remuneration regulation and income tax.
